A disappointing product from a company that has the resources to get it right.

I'll start with what I like: - They stay securely in the ear - The app (download) has some useful features, e.g. B. changing the "tap" function on the headphones. I don't like - Earbuds come in one size and they let a lot of ambient noise through. (Some may not care.) - The sound is pretty pathetic. Tin is the only way I can describe the sound. Don't expect decent bass from them. I have to admit that my purchasing decision when I made the purchase was largely based on Plantronics' reputation…

Deficiencies at best with in-ear headphones

I really wanted to like these headphones. I had old backbeat fits and they were great, but sometimes the cable irritated me so I figured they were perfect. I wanted to use them for cross country skiing but they just don't work in the cold. At best, I get 1.5 hours of battery life in the cold, but sometimes that's not even there. I love Plantronics but they have a problem

This is my third pair of Plantronics. I was happy to be completely wireless, even if I sacrificed game time. I usually wear mine to work. Very comfortable, great sound. I'm not sure why others are banging on the clay. The only real problem is that the non-primary listener dies. Even if you switch to the main earphone, the problem will move to the other earphone. Either a design flaw or a firmware issue. I have contacted Plantronics and they are working with me but so far this is still…

You stay inside! on headphones

Moving away from wired headphones, I wanted to find a pair that would allow me to control playback while crossing the street or answering a call. And just as important, they didn't fall out. You feel safe. It seems to me that I could comfortably stand on my head in it - provided, of course, that I can do a headstand.
