I'll start with what I like: - They stay securely in the ear - The app (download) has some useful features, e.g. B. changing the "tap" function on the headphones. I don't like - Earbuds come in one size and they let a lot of ambient noise through. (Some may not care.) - The sound is pretty pathetic. Tin is the only way I can describe the sound. Don't expect decent bass from them. I have to admit that my purchasing decision when I made the purchase was largely based on Plantronics' reputation. Unfortunately I have to say that if the quality of this product is indicative of their headphone capabilities, they are probably better off sticking with their phone headsets.
