This is my third pair of Plantronics. I was happy to be completely wireless, even if I sacrificed game time. I usually wear mine to work. Very comfortable, great sound. I'm not sure why others are banging on the clay. The only real problem is that the non-primary listener dies. Even if you switch to the main earphone, the problem will move to the other earphone. Either a design flaw or a firmware issue. I have contacted Plantronics and they are working with me but so far this is still happening. If they can't fix it, unfortunately I'll send them back. I really want her, but it's driving me crazy. When this is fixed I will update and change the rating. Hold off the purchase for now.
