Review on Olde Thompson 3823 00 Bavaria Salt by Andy Cornelison
Internal parts broken after 7 years - lifetime warranty?
We have two of these salt mills and we both use them on a daily basis. One bought in 2013 failed internally and didn't figure out how to run a lifetime warranty. Olde Thompson's website doesn't even list this grinder on their product page, and there's no indication on the website of how the warranty is honored. Both are used with Himalayan salt.
