Cons: There is almost no setup information in the box. Online user guide link was dead. Long wait for chat support. Recorded message from phone support. Annoying security testing feature that cannot be removed until a trial month is up (biggest annoyance for me). Pros/Cons: Goofy aesthetic. It was only used for a few weeks so I can't comment on durability.
