(The photo shows 3 kits I bought!) Not sure if this is the best kit for beginners as the instructions are not 100% clear but for those who who know a little bit do their own nails, that's wonderful. It contains everything you need to learn how to do nails, and since it's so cheap, learning a little isn't that hard! I love it. It had everything as in the photo and in the description.
