With oversized toe clips, they're small enough to fit snugly. They are quite pleasant to walk on.
Sturdy than regular running shoes, they work well with or without spikes. With oversized toe clips, they're small enough to fit snugly. You can walk comfortably in them without spikes for a short time, when you put the spikes on they are recessed, but you shouldn't walk on them much because they creak a bit.
