Run away. (psst: Will be duplicate.)

An annoying "Bluetooth ready to pair" message pops up every time I turn it on. It's loud and you can't control the volume of this announcement. And the amp doesn't work. If it doesn't detect any music for five or ten minutes, it shuts down with another annoying "Bluetooth off" message. UPDATE: Words cannot describe how much I hate this device. At first it was just an annoyance, a nasty "BLUETOOTH READY TO PAIR" announcement and its counterpart, the POWER OFF announcement. Both have no volume control - and they are LOUD! Imagine guests sitting at the dining table for a wonderful evening with friends. A little soft music at dinner adds to the atmosphere. But first everyone has to jump to a loud robotic announcement: BLUE TOOTH READY TO JOIN. Later, when the night comes to an end and the music selection is complete, don't forget that Mr. Duel can no longer feel the music, so he decides alone to loudly proclaim: POWERING OFF. I will throw this POS in the trash. I just hope I can help others control their cortisol levels. ANOTHER UPDATE: So you're using this home speaker and phone amp as your music source. Your phone is ringing. The app turns off the music and you answer the calls. Better keep the call short. This POS booster detects the absence of a music signal and turns itself off, and when you turn it on again you have to endure the loud announcement that it's going off again. Maybe this amp is good for some applications. But to power your speakers, listen to music or connect to Alexa, this is NOT the device you need! Dual must state this in the product description. Another update: I pressed the dual button multiple times just to realize my complaint. You said essentially hard. However, Revain returned me a nominal amount, which was much appreciated. I still haven't thrown this device in the trash. I wince and endure it. OK, I'm cheap. Guilty. Bottom line, I would NEVER recommend a dual product. If they continue to cheat on one product, they will definitely do so on other products.
