A quality tofu press that looks well made. The wood is real cypress wood and the included cheesecloth is perfect for filling the mold. Tofu cooking instructions are included and easy to follow (but in Japanese). You can reduce the amount of beans to about 100g of beans soaked in 300ml of water + boiled in another 650ml of water. This makes about 700 ml of soy milk and the tofu still comes out great. (The original recipe calls for the equivalent of 150g of beans for the same amount of water.)
