I am 5ft 3" and 105lbs. XS/SM fits perfectly around the waist. It's easy to climb over my head or step inside. Good stretch. It comes with a water bottle. The bottle was easy to use. Easy to clean. It is easy to fill and fits in a pocket. There is a small key case with a clasp so you don't lose your key. The front zippered pocket is quite large and expandable. Appears to be waterproof? There is also a pocket on the back. Lots of storage space. Whether in a zip pocket or any other pocket, it is very easy to store a smartphone along with other items such as gels, blocks, gummies, toilet paper or anything else. There are also small mesh pockets on the sides. Large enough for gels or icy heat, slides on. Now for other things - it's wide and warm. It wasn't too bad in such cool weather, but I don't know what it's like in summer. In two layers lies down normally. The water bottle fits just right. It wasn't mud. There are small elastic bands to hold it up. I fiddled around a bit the first time I took it out, but ended up just sliding it out and taking it out. (I didn't stop running while doing this) no problem. The 2nd and 3rd time I didn't have to move it. In general I am satisfied. Tons of storage. Light. Cozy.
