A major downside for Filter

The main reason I gave this item such a bad review is that it didn't fit completely into the throttle body which allowed the gasket to be sucked into the throttle body and the throttle body held open . It didn't look like it was completely sealed, but I tightened it as tight as I could. I'm not sure how to fix this. Otherwise it seems to be a very well made product.
