Some pros:

Excellent ergonomics, necessary for professional use
Battery that lasts a long time and is easy to charge
The gathering in Japan
Some cons:
Both the charging station and the nozzle stand are their own individual pieces of equipment. If they were to be brought together into a single block, the structure as a whole would become more robust.
