I was worried when I saw that my package came in a soft yellow envelope, but I was happy to see that the frame inside was in a small box was packed with foam before being sent in an envelope so it was well protected. The frame is just like the picture, very cute. I have a large one from another company but it is very similar in detail and I plan to put dried flowers in it. Like my large frame it's not a tight fence so I have to put something behind the flowers to keep them in place which I used a small rolled piece of cling film for which worked well before so it doesn't take much. keep everything you need in place. It's glass and thin metal so obviously it's fragile, but it looks well put together and strong. I'm glad I bought it :)
