These cups are the easiest diet plan I have ever done. I fill them once a day, put them in the fridge or bring them to work with me. I have lost 25 lbs since I purchased them 3 months ago. (Lost 2 lbs /week) I am hope to get to my goal weight by the middle of January. I purchased two sets so I have enough cups to pack for the entire day. That way if I get stuck at work I have dinner and snacks with me. I'm very happy with these cups. They hold up well in the dishwasher. You can microwave them too but I usually put my food on a plate when I'm eating so I don't microwave them often. I am following 21 Day Fix weight loss program which has an app to keep track of your cups. I am 56 years old and have been over weight for about 15 years. I will no longer be overweight in 1.5 more months. I also purchased a Fitbit for the exercise portion of this diet . I get my steps in (10,000), walk for exercise, and drink 72 onces of water every day. I hope this is useful information. Good luck!
