All is well, liked the product, didn't buy it for nothing.

For those who currently shoot on full-frame or who want to do so soon, purchasing this lens makes sense. There is a great 17-55/2.8 IS lens for individuals that crop their images. Both 24-xx L-zooms are unusable for "normal" use because they lose their broad angle on the crop.
Since 24-105 is the closest in class and price to 24-70, it makes sense to solely compare the two. Since this is a new class of method, it is not worthwhile to compare it to inexpensive zooms like the 28–135; instead, the attributes are listed with relation to the 24-70.
Even when comparing both reportage lenses side by side, it is difficult to tell which produces higher-quality photographs because both lenses have advantages and disadvantages.
The 24-105 is a fantastic all-around travel zoom. The 24-105 is suitable for situations when you can only bring one lens, which is why Canon is attempting to sell it in a bundle with the 5D and 5D II. Pros
