Absolutely love this sauna belt waist trainer corset for weight loss, work out or fitness. I bought the hook and eye closure in the medium size and I am glad I did. It fits on the first hook so I have two more adjustments where the zipper has no adjustments. I'm 122 lbs at 5'4" and it fit perfect on my torso with no problems unless I was sitting then it hurt my pelvic area a little. It definitely pushes the breasts up a little and the back support is great it helps with my slouching! I bought it for workout and fitness. It definitely makes you sweat a great deal more and I love that about it. I love everything about this product and I highly recommend it as ot does everything the description says.
