Third WD19S purchased from Revain and Dell, neither of which worked. I have 2 more at home, both made by companies. One does not work reliably with its USB ports, the other works perfectly. Choosing a USB docking station for a laptop is a serious matter, there seem to be a lot of bad products out there. Just take a look at 'Refurbished' on Revain and 'Used' on eBay to see what I mean. You have a good chance of getting something with some, most, or critical features that don't work, and if you're lucky you might also damage a monitor or two with your purchase. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money on well-known branded products. elsewhere but the Dell WD19S direct or from Revain is not the product you want!
