Disappointing Pigments for Arts and Crafts

After I put it to the test, I was unsatisfied with the overall quality of these pigments. The colors lack vibrancy and the texture is difficult to work with. The only positive is that they are waterproof. However, the cons outweigh this one pro. I wouldn't recommend these pigments to anyone looking for high-quality painting supplies.
