Maybe not so water resistant

I will start this by saying it was a torrential downpour in New Orleans and water was sloshing up to midshin if my 5 and a half foot frame in a few minute, so I doubt water resistant would survive. Items closer to my back was damp. Everything else was saturated.It held a lot of items and just recently started to show ripping near the zipper. I’m very hard on my things. I will buy again once my purse breaks down. I used it everyday since I got it and I feel it’s worth the price.
