I needed a good clamp 90 for assembly. I read all the reviews and chose this one even though it was expensive. I thought it was worth the money for the time and accuracy saved. I was wrong. Straight out of the box, the threaded rod that ends at the turntable was difficult to turn. Either the threaded shaft wasn't round or the bearing didn't have a hole. The point wasn't that it was necessary to "sand". One of them wasn't round. With this problem, it is difficult to use the clamp. Secondly, most clamps of this type can be used not only on the side, but also on the table. After welding a few pieces I found that the sides of the shell are not at a 90 degree angle to the base. The sides are angled so if it's on the side the clips will be angled. I had to adapt MacGyver to use them on the sides with extra clips. I would return with them in a heartbeat. I had work to do and I couldn't get another set before the holidays. Bottom line, I wouldn't buy them again, especially for the high price. When I get her back I'll try Bessie's model.
