The best part about fulCrUM is that I get to hear feedback from our customers very quickly which helps me understand their problems better than any other software we have used in past years! Nothing at this point but if you are looking for something more robust then give it try as well because there's nothing wrong with what they provide right now so far!! It makes my work easier by giving instant insights of customer complaints or suggestions made through ticketing system like Jira etc.,etc..
As per your requirement one can use both tools i-e FULCRUm analytics tool alongwith jiradatabase management solution (JAMO) provided free during trial period only. We had been using different types such products before getting into full version though some were good enough however all lacked user friendliness hence decided goinFul CrUm was an obvious choice since majority liked its simplicity.
