Excellent fan! I like that it can be wireless if needed. Battery life on medium settings is around 4 hours. I usually have it plugged in because I work 12 hours a day. At level 1 it is very quiet and if you increase the speed to 3 levels the sound gets louder. At level 3, a slight "gasp" can be heard. But to be honest, levels 1 and 2 are enough for me to cool down during my "hot flashes". I like that the front screen is removable so the blades and screen can be cleaned. I'm considering getting another one for my bedside table.
