This table was just what we needed to complete our TV room. We ordered two. The first box opened, assembled, everything is fine. 2. Box opened without instructions and fittings. I notified the company and they said we will send you a replacement asap. Excellent customer service, at least I thought so. A few weeks go by and my table arrives. I opened the box and found the instructions but again the hardware was missing. I notified the company and requested the equipment. No problem, they say. We will ask the warehouse to take it out and send it to you. A month goes by and there is no equipment. I emailed them again and today they told me there was no equipment available. This is my problem now and I have to go through Revain to try and find a solution. I might try to piece it together with whatever I can find. But will it be structurally sound as it should be? I think I should be grateful that I got a whole unit for the price of two. Thanks for nothing.
