The picture shows how they are used and how well they fit in my server book. I work at a local steakhouse/bar and for the most part they do a very good job. I can use the columns however I want, splitting the sheet if I have a table with fewer people, or the entire sheet for a larger group. This notebook also makes the process a lot easier when attendees at the tables need individual reviews, as I can put in a column which side is ordering what, and I don't have to figure it out later when trying to get their respective reviews. My only concern is that the glue at the top doesn't hold the pages together very well, so I have to be careful when turning over a sheet to get to the next as it might come out. Perhaps a weave in a spiral will solve this problem. I love that they come in packs, I ordered a pack of 10 so I won't have to order more for a couple of weeks. The paper is good quality and I haven't had any issues with my pen leaking or tearing. They're not reversible, but I don't use the reverse side on any of my other pads, so this isn't a problem for me. All in all a good product and I'll probably order more unless the sticking issue starts to bother me.
