Not working. I've followed Audiovox's instructions, but I can't activate it. I tried to activate it via the Car Connection 2.0 website and got an error message: The device ID you entered is not a valid Car Connection 2.0 Elite device ID. Try again. I tried activating the product through the AT&T website and got the following message: We've encountered some problems with the IMEI number you entered. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Make sure the IMEI entered matches the device. If you continue to experience problems, please contact support at 800.331.0500 for further assistance.
