The best thing about BlueRoads is its ability to connect with Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Zendesk, MailChimp, Slack. There is also a native integration with Microsoft 365 which works really well too! The support team at BlueRoads is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I have nothing to dislike so far, but I am sure there will be issues that arise in the future. This being said, BlueRoads has been able to create a very strong partnership between my company and the sales teams we are trying to engage with. We have been able to develop our own content packs to use with our clients. This has given us a lot more flexibility when it comes to how and what we can present them.
