The lightest and hottest duvet

I have used this all summer as an alternative to a thinner sheet and I really regret it. This blanket is for winter, not all season unless you like sleeping in the bowels of a volcano. I would like to return it, but it's been too long. At first I thought it was because we had a ridiculously hot summer but now it's dropping to 35-40 and I'm sweating under this blanket and a sheet. If the house is drafty then this is the quilt for you, otherwise if you are looking for a lightweight summer quilt skip this one.
