Review on Adidas Mens Powerlift Black White by Lucas Hale

Received the shoes in the mail today. The main reason I'm only writing this review after my first workout session is that I wanted to comment on the sizing for those who have read 50 reviews saying different things. Right out of the box, the fit was comfortable, but at a price. I ordered a US size 11 which is just the right size for my sneakers. I've read a lot of reviews saying go a half size up, down, or even a full size. This seems like a terrible idea, a reviewer on the Adidas website caught my eye and mentioned that these shoes should fit and fit relatively snugly on your feet so that your balance is as good as possible, as if you were deadlifting barefoot per se would . Women may be exempt from this as these are men's shoes and they must order one size smaller. For men I would say run true to size for best results. The shoe is great and even if I do sham deadlifts on chest day just to get a feel for it I can say I'm super excited for the next few days if I really put my mind to it. It looks like these shoes will last a very long time and look very stylish. The black is pitch black in real life and they look a lot better than the pictures on the web. Two thumbs up for this purchase! UPDATE: 2/27/21 -- These shoes have lasted many hours at the gym so far and I love them as much as the day I bought them. Very strong and stable platform for all types of push-pull workouts. The shoes have not fallen apart or deteriorated in any way, including the inside of the shoe. I wear it 3-5 times a week and it lasts for 2 years. 5 star purchase and goes great with all my black workout clothes.
