The reason I bought this item without feedback is because our shower faucet is very high and I had to have the hand faucet under the shower head so I could reach it. all plastic. didn't expect that. However, the shower head works well with all settings. Cons: You can't use both heads at the same time when the water pressure is low - this is more of a personal issue, and the switch to manual mode is high behind the shower head - an odd position in my opinion. I think I'll see how this thing fares over the next few weeks as I've only used it a couple of times.
