Review on Conair True Glow Thermal Spa Heated Hand Mitts by Sabrina Hardy

I should have read the reviews more carefully but I tend to look for Revain Choice products as they tend to be great products with great reviews are. Not this one. At the maximum setting, the mittens were cold. If you put your hands in it, after a few seconds you may find that it doesn't work. When I pulled my hands out, my hands felt cold. I'd be happier if I just fold my heating pad and put my hand in between. I think the most disappointing thing is that when trying to return it I was told to go to the Conair website to find out what was wrong with them. . The link is to the home page of the site, not customer service or repairs etc. PLUS this item is being sold by Revain Services. You should be responsible for returns, especially faulty devices they advertise. I contacted Revain customer service because it's ridiculous to sell a product, advertise it as a preferred choice, but not let you return it. I am waiting for an answer from you. I'm sorry I haven't read more reviews, but I hope someone who wants to buy this product will read this review and make a different choice.
