My 7 year old loves this affordable light purple fleece jacket in the small size! It is so soft compared to other fleeces! She has some sensory issues so I think she really appreciates softness. It's a steal compared to some of the bigger brands, especially because it's so versatile and kids outgrow it so quickly. My daughter is an only child so clothes will be donated once she outgrows her. This single mom is really looking for affordable items whenever possible as they are usually only worn once per season. The zip pockets are also very good with items not falling out. It even has an extra small pocket for lip balm, hair ties/hair clips, hand sanitizer or whatever. Her favorite color is purple, but the pink check is really cute too, so it was a tough choice. My main complaint is that it doesn't have enough rubber around the wrists or butt to keep snow or cold air out. It just doesn't sit well enough on the wrist. So I think it might be better for fall or spring when the weather gets a bit warmer. It is otherwise very soft and can add a warming layer even under coats with no warmth or a hood. My 7 year old is tall and skinny and also a little baggy for her but I think there is room for growth. Overall I think it's good value for money and I would consider ordering a size down as she grows but unfortunately sizing stops at small. The listing says to use their sizing chart but I couldn't find it anywhere! Tip: I finally found the size chart in the photos under the anthracite. Size S 7-8 according to this chart if anyone is interested!
