Reliable quality product and good assembly. Still, it seems weird when you use the HDMI port to add an external monitor. but I don't know if it's a hardware or software problem. I know I'm using Windows 11 version 21H2, so the blue screen that appears intermittently on the secondary monitor when playing videos from certain websites could be a software bug.
