I like how easy it was to get up and running with this product! The customer support team are very responsive and they made sure we got what we needed quickly without too much hassle. There's not really anything i dislike about using the software at all but there could be some fine tuning of features/functionality here and there. If you need something quick then look no further - RDMs have been great so far. We used them mainly because their pricing structure aligned well with our budget which meant less downtime when training new staff members who had little experience working within data management systems before joining us. I like the fact that I can create my own database which I can use to store information about my customers. I don't like that I cannot use a database to store information about my customers that I have already created. I would like to be able to store information about my customers that I have already created in a database. I would like to be able to store information about my customers in a database that I have created.
