Review on Girls' Clothing with Ruffled Elastic Stripes: Kid Nation by Stacey Haynes

This is a very cute skirt. Bought for my 9 year old granddaughter. Your waist is a little big. But it is very thin and kept straight. Most of her dresses should be pulled up at the waist. But she loves skirts with ruffles and also long skirts. So it was perfect for her. There are nice pockets on the front. She liked them. She can store her mask in one! The bottom hem puckers a bit. But such seams always fit. The fabric is quite thick and definitely doesn't show through. It's 100% cotton. It can be washed in the washing machine. This makes for a cute Christmas outfit but also looks cute in summer. It is made in China.
