The customer service is great. I have been very happy with their response time. They are very knowledgeable about their product and always willing to help. I've used them for many years now and there has never been any problems. They're pretty cheap too! I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed! Theirs a lot of different products that they can use to keep track of your emails. It's easy to set up and use. I like how you can create folders and sub-folders. I also love how you can send out mass emails at once.
