Face cooling but no real benefit
To be honest, I'm not very good at ancient Chinese medicine and I don't really know how to use Gua Sha yet, but I know how to study. I didn't notice any difference in the shape of my face. The jade roller is nice to use because it cools the face, but there are no real benefits to using these products.
