Absolute nonsense. It has worked for me for three months for air circulation. One day, it suddenly made a loud popping noise and stopped working. Unaware that the noise was originally coming from the fan, it was initially left plugged in and making a buzzing electrical noise. Luckily I was at home, it could have been a fire hazard. The only fan that size I should have bought was a penguin. I wish Revain had this higher quality brand but they are probably more willing to sell cheap disposables. With proper maintenance, my Penguin fan lasted three times as long, which is three years. It's also a metal body rather than the Optimus which was all plastic.
