I liked the thin aluminum handles and the easy attachment for the silicone head. I cooked/smoked my first meal just a few days ago by brushing Bar BQ sauce over my BBQ smoked pork ribs. I applied the sauce with your new brush during the last cooking lesson. I was surprised at how much sauce the silicone head picked up and how easy it was to use with great results. It cleans easily with hot water and the silicone material does not contain or allow germs to grow inside the brush material like a regular bristle brush does. The sauce spread easily over the meat and it was easy to spread an even layer of sauce over the meat without wasting a lot of sauce through splattering or getting lost in the bristles. I should have bought one a year ago. Good product!
