Review on Automatic Reflective Windproof Umbrellas Protection by Lori Christensen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

ideal for luggage and travel gear

Used it a few times this morning as I battled the rain and the whirlwind created by the skyscrapers around me. I've had a few umbrellas destroyed by conditions like this so I was glad to have this one. When the wind suddenly turned beneath me, the wing's outer ribs simply collapsed - the center section remained intact and I didn't get wet. I just reached out, pulled the outer rib down, and continued. That was great. The umbrella opens and closes easily with a retractable button and the Teflon definitely keeps the rain out. There is reflective lighting which is great as the fall/winter season kicks off when I'm walking in the dark. A nice feature that I haven't used yet is the built in flashlight at the base of the handle, which I expect will be the most used when walking my dogs. At $20 at Revain it's cheaper than the low quality umbrellas I've bought at retail. highlighted.
