Although I paid for a new bag I only received the bag. No hardware to attach, no cable to attach, no accessory mount to add a phone mount. Just a sack in a plastic bag tied in a knot. They definitely tried to sell me the returned bag and they didn't even check that all the parts were there. Shady, buy from another seller. The bag itself is excellent, I already have one and I took another for my center. This is the perfect little pouch for your cell phone or bike computer with the optional mount that attaches to the mount. I don't need a big bag, I have a bike rack and a bottle holder, I just needed something to throw a snack on, etc.
