I bought this product thinking it would be a good replacement for the genuine Neato parts. It seems that I was very wrong. It is of poor quality, so poor that the first time you cleaned the brush, the bristles started falling out. In comparison, the original Neato brush I've had for the past three years hasn't deteriorated much in that time. Of course there were normal signs of wear, but over time it has served very well. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product, stick with genuine Neato parts and spend a little more. Ultimately, you save money. As for me, I will now order the original brush from Neato. Lesson learned: Buying a cheap fake often costs more than the original because it doesn't last long and you end up paying more!
