Review on HIKEMAN by Alejandro Anaya

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I was dissatisfied with both the limited selection and the poor customer service at HIKEMAN.

As someone who spends a lot of time outside camping and hiking, I couldn't wait to explore the HIKEMAN web store and see what kinds of things they had to offer. Despite this, my time spent with HIKEMAN left me feeling a mixture of frustration and dissatisfaction. To begin, there was not a very large range of things available on their website. There were just a few different tents, sleeping bags, and backpacks to choose from. I had hoped to find a broader selection of gear to chose from, but regrettably, HIKEMAN fell short in this aspect. I was hoping to find more options. To make matters even worse, HIKEMAN's lackluster customer service added insult to injury. When I contacted their customer support team with a few inquiries regarding a product that I was considering buying, I received responses that were both untimely and useless. I was left with a few unanswered questions. It took a few days before I received a response, and when I did, it didn't give me the information that I had been looking for. In general, my time spent with HIKEMAN was not that impressive. I was left with an unsatisfied feeling as a result of their limited variety as well as their terrible customer service; as a result, I would not suggest them to other outdoor enthusiasts searching for high-quality gear. There is no shortage of competition in the retail industry, each of which offers superior goods and more helpful assistance to customers.
