Not a good cord for cold weather. I bought 4 of them because of their hose. I bought their hose and it's really flexible in sub-zero temperatures. At first I only needed to buy one cable, but I was so impressed that I bought four of them. They're no better than the so-called extreme cold blue cables that Home Depot and Lowe's sell, except they're more expensive. If you really need a negative wire, you need to buy US Wire Extreme Red and Blue wires. I should have just gone with what I know works. I was so impressed with their hoses I broke. I know what I'm talking about. I live in Fairbanks, Alaska, which has 5-6 months of freezing temperatures and 3 full months of freezing temperatures in a row. We're usually -20, usually -30 and usually -40. Until recently we got at least -50 to -60 sometime in January/February. Their hose - I have to carry water around and pump it into my tank and in -20 their hoses are still flexible but not their cables. US Wire's extreme red-blue stripe, on the other hand, remains flexible.
