We purchased this item after hearing about it from a friend who lived in Japan. It seems to be very popular there and is probably the best product you can find to get rid of dust mites and other allergens. I have been suffering from allergies for many years and after just a few days of use I have noticed that my nose is less stuffy and I have stopped sneezing at night and even in the morning when I get up. My rash has also disappeared which I believe is due to the product working as intended in removing allergens. I tried other brands but the effect is not that noticeable! Now I use it for everything I think needs sanitizing. The vacuum cleaner is very light and manoeuvrable. The quality of the product looks great and is well thought out, including an automatic UV switch off when you reach for the vacuum. There is only one button, just like other vacuum cleaners, only it has to be placed on the surface. I gave it 5 stars as I think it works as advertised and looks like a product that can be used for years.
