Stopped the headache
My husband and I work with a lot of screen time. He had constant headaches, his eyes wanted to sleep, not read. Always wanted to try blue light goggles so we had to try both with these two packs. I haven't heard a single complaint about headaches. And I don't fall asleep in the middle of work. I think they work very well.
