Barrina not responding to faulty cable

They come in pairs. Although a "Contact Seller" card was included stating they would respond within 24 hours, there were NO phone numbers or email addresses on the list. Clever. However, I found a Facebook page as well as a website, so I told them that ONE of the two detachable cords/switches was NOT working. Please replace, leave the address and contact information on both. NADA in a week! I knew Revain would be replacing, but as a couple, and I already had one installed, I only needed one cable for the second. NADA. So I had to untie the flashlight, pack it, get a refund, and take it to UPS. I ordered a replacement as the light itself was fine but a cable was broken.
