The ease to use this system for customer service reps was one thing I liked best about it! It's easy enough that anyone can pick up right away but also has features you would expect in more expensive systems like auto dialing capabilities or call recording options (which are great!). Sometimes there will be some lag time between when someone makes an inquiry into your issue/case via livechat vs what shows online after they submit their message - so make sure before submitting anything important if its urgent just go ahead & send anyways because within seconds usually everything comes back "live" again with no delay at least while using my phone connection anyway ;) Great tool overall though definitely have multiple people working through different issues during peak times which tends not work out very smoothly sometimes due too many users trying access same case simultaneously :).
