Very user friendly and helpful support software from Zoho

The ease to use this system for customer service reps was one thing I liked best about it! It's easy enough that anyone can pick up right away but also has features you would expect in more expensive systems like auto dialing capabilities or call recording options (which are great!). Sometimes there will be some lag time between when someone makes an inquiry into your issue/case via livechat vs what shows online after they submit their message - so make sure before submitting anything important
