I had a bad experience with a Dewalt 433 belt sander, a great idea went wrong. There seem to be fewer and fewer manufacturers making grinders, so the choice is limited. Thankfully, Makita has perfected this device and it's a joy to use. very stable , not too loud , excellent dust pick up , very easy belt change and perfect run , not to mention the long cord and the ability to run 4x24 belts . This mill really makes you want to grind.
