I am very satisfied with this box. Not the best box in the world but perfect for my needs. The instructions are terrible, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to put it together. The casters perfectly isolate vibrations from the floor. The noise wasn't greatly reduced by all the vents and cable holes and the like, but I didn't get it for that. This is a 4 post rackmount cabinet. I didn't hang it on the wall. I only have it on casters so can't comment on how well it works on the wall. I will say that bolting devices to the rear racks is quite difficult. Make sure you have a chunky Philips for that. "Back" will not be removed. you screw it up forever To be honest, that's exactly what I did. but after about a week I just took the back off and left it out. The side panels are spring-loaded and easy to remove, and the front door is trivial to open and trivial to remove and replace. Note the depth limit. Spacing between the front and rear pillars is only about 17 inches, with headroom being 2.5 inches in front of the front pillar and 2.5 inches above the rear pillar. Also, be careful when installing two-post units and shelving. It is best to mount 4 height units and shelves. Lightweight units can be mounted on 2 post racks, but posts will be stressed if you try to put something heavy on a 2 post shelf using only the front 2 posts. These are not heavy duty posts so keep that in mind. To me, however, this is not an indicator, just the number of the animal for that particular item. I ended up removing the tail for good, which makes working with the C-pillars a lot easier. After assembling the 4-post shelf, everything is rock solid, so the loss of rigidity of the back panel is not a problem. I've currently loaded several 2U 22" servers which can be done with the back panel removed. They stick out a bit, they work well. Overall I think it's a great value. — Matth
